About Us
Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins, lead singer of the multi-platinum group TLC and her partner celebrity stylist Tara Rowntree, recently opened Chase’s Closet, a high-end children’s boutique in the exclusive River Oaks neighborhood of Houston, TX.
Named after Tionne’s four-year old daughter Chase, the boutique oozes southern beauty and charm and is inspired by sunny California and urban New York chic.
What We Carry
Tionne and Tara have taken extra care to ensure that Chase’s Closet carries clothing lines that are unique and one of a kind. They carry lines such as D&G Junior, Hulaballoo, Ms Blumarine, Moschino, Ralph Lauren, Lil Punk, Childish, Von Dutch Baby & many more. Customers can also find matching Mommy and Me lines & mommy gifts.
As a boutique shop, for every product Chase's Closet carries, only one instance of each size is stocked, so no two children walk out with the same outfit.
Houston mothers no longer have to travel to LA or New York to find the latest in chic children’s wear or accessories and one of the largest full service layettes in Texas.
Our Custom Gift Basket Service
Chase’s Closet also offers a fabulous custom-made gift basket service. Tara has been creating one-of-a-kind gift baskets for clients such as Diane Sawyer, Demi Moore and the Duchess of York, during her days as a celebrity stylist in New York. Since the store’s opening, Elisabeth Hasselbeck (The View), Lara Spencer (The Insider), Jada Pinkett Smith, Queen Latifah and Emeril have all ordered or received gift baskets.
